The results of paleomagnetic investigations of Paleozoic and Early Mesozoic sections of the Urals and the North Kazakhstan are presented. Paleogeographic and paleotectonic reconstructions of seven epochs are made; based on them, the authors are coming to conclusions concerning the paleogeodynamic evolution of the Urals.
